Designed by the world famous planning design unit S.O.M (Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP) – the unit has implemented many projects such as: Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in India, Hong Kong International Airport,… Golden Hills is one of the largest coastal urban projects that DigiSky has ever implemented with an area of 400 ha.
The wind is full of life
Planned in the Northwest area of Da Nang city, Golden Hills is a new and modern urban area that promises to bring many new things to the city. Golden Hill includes items to form a modern, independent urban area; focusing on sustainable project development structure, which can avoid flooding from upstream or tidal influence and ensuring the certainty of works on the ground.
The urban area is provided with a new wind with a new ecological park along the river, which is a factor contributing to the regeneration and protection of natural flora and fauna. Combined with the system of artificial canals, this uniqueness creates the lifeline of the entire building. Harmony with nature but still uphold world-class modern design, sustainable development structure.
Freedom throughout the process
Fast-paced living and large-scale master planning are some of the key challenges that DigiSky and our customers deal with on a daily basis. Most of the small details, like the ecological park and the canal system, are the objects we should place and implement in the model before displaying the final image. This gives us freedom along the way, by slowly building the environment to our liking, but it’s also something we should carefully consider when it comes to acting quickly and delivering products on time.
The most realistic images
DigiSky creates a serene atmosphere with slow motion cameras, showcasing beautiful natural scenes and trees swaying in the summer breeze giving the impression of endless green. This time, the partner focused strictly on creating the most realistic images possible, and we believe that is one of the key factors in making a project a huge success with the help of DigiSky’s talented artists.
